TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. OVERVIEW OF THE SERVICE

Our App allows users to:

• Upload personal or organizational documents (e.g., books, SOPs, financial reports, PDFs).
• Use an AI Agent that leverages Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) to process and retrieve answers based on the uploaded data.
• Create, manage, and share agents with other users.
• Access both free and paid tiers of service.
• Login securely via Google or Microsoft Single Sign-On (SSO).

2. USER ELIGIBILITY

To use this App, you must:

• Be at least 13 years of age.
• Be legally capable of entering into binding agreements.
• Have a valid Google or Microsoft account if logging in using SSO.

3. ACCOUNT REGISTRATION & AUTHENTICATION

Users must log in using SSO via Google or Microsoft. By doing so, you grant us permission to access basic profile information (such as your name and email address) from your authentication provider. Some features are only accessible to authenticated users.

4. DOCUMENT UPLOADS

You may upload various types of documents (PDFs, etc.) to be processed by the App. You:

• Are solely responsible for the content you upload.
• Confirm that you have the right to upload and share these files.
• Must not upload content that is illegal, infringing, harmful, or violates the rights of others.

We do not claim ownership of your uploaded content. The data will only be processed to serve your account and your authorized collaborators.

5. USE OF AI AGENTS

The App uses AI and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) to provide responses based on your uploaded content. You acknowledge:

• The system may generate incorrect or misleading answers.
• You are responsible for validating any outputs before relying on them.
• The AI does not provide professional advice (legal, financial, medical, etc.).

6. DATA STORAGE

All uploaded files and indexed embeddings are stored in a secure vector database. We implement safeguards to protect your data, but cannot guarantee absolute security.

We do not use your uploaded documents to train general-purpose AI models.

7. COLLABORATION AND INVITATIONS

You may invite other users (via email) to co-manage agents. When you send an invitation:

• You must ensure that the email belongs to a real user authorized to access the content.
• The invited user must authenticate via SSO before accessing the shared agent.

You are responsible for the actions of any collaborators you authorize.

8. SUBSCRIPTIONS AND PAYMENTS

We offer both free and paid versions of the App.

All payments are handled securely by third-party processors. By subscribing, you agree to their terms as well.

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation:

• Access to premium features continues until the end of your billing cycle.
• No partial refunds are provided unless required by law.

9. PROHIBITED CONDUCT

You agree NOT to:

• Upload or share unlawful, harmful, or misleading content.
• Use the App to violate any laws or regulations.
• Reverse-engineer, tamper with, or disrupt the App or its infrastructure.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' data.

10. TERMINATION

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at our sole discretion if:

• You violate these Terms.
• We detect fraudulent, abusive, or harmful activity.
• Required by law enforcement or governing authorities.

You may delete your account at any time. Upon deletion, all your uploaded data and agents will be permanently removed.

11. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

The App is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee:

• That the App will be error-free or continuously available.
• That the AI Agent will always provide correct, complete, or useful responses.

You use the service at your own risk.

12. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
• Loss of data, business, or profits resulting from your use or inability to use the App.

13. CHANGES TO THE TERMS

We may revise these Terms at any time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date above. We may notify users of major changes through email or in-app notifications. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

14. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of your jurisdiction, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
